Nose: Pleasant and intense of dried rose petals and violet, little red fruits with spicy and toasted hints of licorice and black pepper 
Taste: Dry and elegant, with a remarkable freshness and a delicate bitter hint. Young tannins and a good alcohol content make every sip persistent and satisfying.
Pairings: particularly suitable with grilled fish and mollusks, it is excellent with dishes based on bitter vegetables, or very savory and sapid like anchovy, mushrooms, and aged cheese.
