Description

Grape: Chardonnay 
Alcoholic degree: 13 °
Cultivation system: Guyout
Density: 5000 vines per hectare
Exposure: West
During the harvest the grapes are picked in a small boxes to preserve freshness. When the grapes arrive in cellar they are very softly pressed to better extract the aromas. The fermentation is made in steel tanks. The wine rest in steel tanks for 6-9 months with the contact of the noble lees.
After the bottling it remain for a few months to rest in bottle.
