Description

Cultivation system: Guyout
Density: 5000 vines per hectare
Exposure: West
This wine can be considered a Cru, all grapes come from Vigna Levi. During the harvest the grapes are picked in a small boxes to preserve freshness. When the grapes arrive in cellar they are very softly pressed to better extract the aromas. Fermentation is made in wood barrels and after fermentation the wine rest in barrels for minimum 12 months and then in bottles for minimum 12 months.

Tasting and service:
View: straw yellow
Nose: it is complex fruity, floral and spicy. We can find also vanilla, almond and buttery notes.
Taste: in mouth it has a good acidity, very round and drinkable. It is full body yet remains very fresh. 
Pairings: with snacks in case it is consumed as an aperitif; fried food and cheese
Service temperature: 10-12 ° C
