Description

大部分人對於意大利的Prosecco(氣泡酒)都存在種偏見.在心底裏總覺得它只是屬於喝不起法國香檳人仕才會選用的替代品.其實,香檳只是在法國香檳區出產的氣泡酒,所以統一標籤為香檳,而在市面上大部分都是Sparkling Wine(氣泡酒). Glera 是特雷維索北部Prosecco生產中心地帶種植的葡萄品種之一.那為何它的酒窖不直接標籤它Prosecco而只是以Glara命名? 原因有二: (一) 因為Prosecco-Glera 名稱變更發生在2009年,當時Conegliano-ValdobbiadeneProsecco被提升為DOCG(意大利葡萄酒質量的最高級別),鑑於須要向國際推廣和促銷, 所以官方決定將Prosecco這個名稱專用於在產區內所出產的氣泡酒,而不應用葡萄品種命名. (二) Glera是採用皇冠塞,跟據意大利葡萄酒委員會所定下的條例,如出品氣泡酒並非使用傳統的軟木塞便不可以把產品定名為Prosecco.
