Description

Grape: Nerello Mascalese 80, others autochthonous 20
Harvest period around mid-September. The harvested grapes with skin are out into steel barrels which the winemaker using hot and cold water to control thee temperature  to control the entire fermentation and aging process to proceed smoothly to produce fruity flavor and aroma. 

Tasting and service:
View: Ruby red with orange reflections
Nose: the nose shows great elegance, has a fair intensity. Fruity notes of morello cherry, black currant and small red fruits are clearly perceived.
Taste: on the palate it offers great balance, medium-good structure, long persistence.
Pairings: excellent with meats in general and feathered game, but also goes well with long-aged cheeses.
Service temperature: 18° C
