DEGUSTATION AND PAIRING:

Dark red with violet reflections. Interesting aromas of violet flowers, ripe dark berries and chocolate. The grapes tannins are in harmony with the flashy taste of black cherries. Pair it with cured meat, meat noodles, mushrooms and grilled meat. It is not available yearly but only produced in good weather years when the grapes are perfect, ensuing good vintage.
