DEGUSTATION AND PAIRING:

Intense ruby red. It is elegant, and fine with aromas of licorice candy, ripe red fruits, red rose, black pepper and light toasted almond, and it is prickly, as all good Sangiovese. In mouth it is very elegant and fine, with quite strong tannins that gives determination. It is perfect for wild meat such as boar, mushrooms and lamb.
