DEGUSTATION AND PAIRING:
The wine has a ruby red colour. Intense aromas of forest fruits, with spicy notes and balsamic accents. On the palate it is warm, of good structure, full body, soft tannins given by 12 aging months of oak barrels. It maintains a pleasant freshness, a feature that make wine very harmonious. It is perfect to be paired with lamb, pork, beef and Beijing duck.
