Description

Harvest period is during the second half of September.The grapes after harvest are immediately brought to the cellar for vinification. The must after soft pressed is moved into cement
tanks. The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts.Aging in cement tanks 12 months and anotherr9 months resting in the bottle.
