DEGUSTATION AND PAIRING:
Dark ruby red, the nose reveals a beautiful bouquet composed of notes of violet, wisteria, cherry, licorice and cardamom. On the palate it is soft, long, satisfying, characterized by a barely hinted tannic texture and a slight acidity that outlines the trait up to a closure of impeccable persistence. Throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with roasts and stewed meats. Also excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
