DEGUSTATION AND PAIRING:

Intense amber red with brown reflections, typical of the Montalcino wines. The aromas are very delicate, we can find berries, violet flower and cherry. In mouth it results very fresh and good balance. The easy aging in oak barrels give the wine an interesting tannins. Goes well with raw meat and white meat, Chinese hot pot "Huo Guo".
