CARPANTE

This cellar was born in 2000s, but the grapes are very old.  In fact Carpante was born from the marriage of two owners of two cellars, each had vineyards but situated one in the north of Sardinia and one in the south.  The couple now work in the north of Sardinia, a very windy area.

The wind is very important because it prevent the growth of parasites.  The nearness to the sea gave the saltiness which contribute good sapid to the wine.

The cellar produce around 80,000 bottles per year of 7 different types of wine, and olive oil.
