DEGUSTATION AND PAIRING:

Pale pink, with a very fine and persistent perlage. At nose the wine present aroma of strawberry scent, with raspberry and vanilla. In mouth it present very fresh, persistent and delicate with fruity notes. It is perfect  as an aperitif, or with a platter of cold cuts, starters, fried fish, or italian “bollito misto” (differents piece of meat boiled).
