Usually it has deep ruby red colour and a particularly rich aromas that make it unique: sunburned land, mineral notes of clay and granite, but also delicate black fruits. In mouth it present good tannins and fruity that give to the wine a good balance. It is perfect for grilled meat, especially lamb.
