DEGUSTATION AND PAIRING:

Pink salmon in colour, with orange reflections. It has very fine foams, elegant and persistent. The aroma fruity, we can find raspberries, grapefruit, and light notes of dragon fruit. The acidity of that wine is balance by the intense fruity flavours. It is perfect for all kinds of fried fish and cured meat.
