Description

Grape: Sangiovese 90% and Canaiolo 10%

Harvest period is during the second half of September.The grapes after harvest are immediately brought to cellar for the
vinification. The must softly pressed is moved into cement tanks. The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts.
The aging in cement tanks is 12 months and 12 months in barrels, then rest in the bottle.
