Description

Grape: Glera 100%
The vinification is made after the selection of the best grapes, soft pressing and fermentation in steel. Subsequently refermented in the steel tanks with a long stay on the yeast.   
Tasting and service:
View: Bright pale yellow with greenish reflexes.
Nose: on the nose it is enveloping and intense with hints of grated apple, chamomile, flowers and tropical notes.
Taste: in the mouth the palate is caressed by a very thin bubble, then the elegant note. It ends with a pleasant citrus and mineral embrace.
Pairings: excellent for use for aperitifs. It goes well with fish and white meat dishes, and with soft cheeses.
Service temperature: 10° C
Alcoholic degree: 11,5°
